Biggest Loser host and trainer Bob Harper revealed he suffered a heart attack several weeks ago, and even was unconscious for two days in the hospital. The 51-year-old, who promotes a healthy lifestyle for a living, blamed genetics, as his mother had died of a heart attack. And now, he’s sharing details about his recovery with concerned fans.

Harper posted on Instagram Tuesday that he was “feeling better” and “just taking it easy.” He even posted an adorable photo lounging with his dog on a hospital bed:

In another Instagram photo, he showed the heart monitors he has to wear as he gets better, saying he feels “like a robot from Westworld.”

Apparently, Harper had an inkling something was going to happen before his heart attack. “There were some warning signs in the months before this happened,” a source told E! News. ” He wasn’t feeling his best, but he didn’t think there was anything to be concerned about. He has never suffered from high blood pressure and didn’t think he was at risk.”

He’s currently still in New York City, where he suffered the heart attack, and is expected to make a full recovery. But he can’t do what he loves, which is work out, and says all the exercise he can do is walk his adorable dog around the city. To be honest, that sounds like the perfect way to get a workout, doctor’s orders or not.
